Interesting post from the Daily Mail where a nutritionist posts two very different meal plans one healthy and one very unhealthy. Despite this difference in the healthiness of the two meal plans, in terms of numbers of calories and macros the two meal plans are very similar. The point is to get people to shift perspective from a macros numbers ideology to the food’s actual nutritional value.
The article then goes into the specifics of what makes one meal plan better than another providing further reasoning for the need to change perspective.
Not entirely sure why the Daily Mail has posted this article in their “Femail” category. Dieting and healthy living is not something only females need to be conscious of. Nonetheless a good article and well worth a read, full article linked below:
