Trans fat is double trouble for your heart health – Mayo Clinic, Dr Rhonda Patrick

I know that this video has been posted before however it ties in nicely with the page from Mayo clinic providing further explanation on trans fats, HDL and LDL cholestrol why these are so important and their relationship to an array of other diseases.
